Basic Consultation Menus

Light menu

• Consult Advisory group to help shape dialogue with rest of activists
• Email survey to sample of "quick reply" activists chosen from Stakeholder Database
• Coupled with Phone survey and/or Written survey to another sample to make consultation more accessible to hard to reach activists

Medium menu

As Light Menu plus:

• Increase sample size for Phone and Email survey
• Verify findings through Phone interview with a small sample to check understanding and add a more qualitative dimension

Heavy menu

As Medium Menu plus:

• Verify findings through a small number of Focus groups in easily accessible locations and at easily accessible times
• Follow up with a Web survey or Internet prioritisation to refine results
