Light menu

• Article in Change Your World and on Community- setting out background information and communicating upcoming consultation questions
• Consult Advisory group to help shape dialogue with rest of activists
• Series of facilitated Focus groups at Conference / Regional Gatherings, or Phone or Video Conferences if consultation falls in between events

and/or

• Web survey to make consultation more accessible to remaining activists and gather any quantitative information

Medium menu

As Light Menu plus:

• Increased number of facilitated Focus groups, Phone or Video Conferences
• One on one Phone interviews to test and develop Focus group themes/ findings
• Follow up with an Internet prioritisation to refine results and select options
• Take findings back to Advisory group
• Web survey to make consultation more accessible to remaining activists and gather any quantitative information, if not already used

Heavy menu

As Medium Menu plus:

• If relevant and likely to be useful run a small scale simulation or pilot of the proposed outcome to be evaluated by participants
• If outcomes are controversial add another round of consultation to discuss the findings of the simulation - using Basic light menu
