Other Training Providers

Tripod - training for creative social action from a collective based in Scotland.
Rhizome - training, facilitation, mediation and capacity building to support community activists and those organisations that work with them. Lots of interesting materials and discussions about consensus and facilitation on their site.
Turning the Tide - a Quaker programme promoting understanding and practice of active nonviolence.
BLINC - The Blatant Incitement Project lists offers of and requests for workshops and training.
Zhaba Facilitators' Collective - has a facilitators pool of trained and experienced facilitators from all over Europe.
Find your local CVS - Your local Council for Voluntary Services can often provide advice and training. The National Association of CVS also has a trainers' database.

Co-operatives

Radical Routes - a network of radical grassroots co-ops.
Catalyst Collective - help set up and register housing co-ops. Lots of useful and practical information on their website. Catalyst provide support for co-ops in the areas of group-work, legal structures, conflict resolution, financial viability of proposals, co-operation and meeting skills etc.
Co-operatives UK - The apex organisation for UK co-operative enterprise, promoting co-operative and mutual solutions.
